We treat client identities, requests and reports as confidential. We do not publish, share or sell them. Only you, the team members you invite, and the CourtScope staff handling your request can see them, unless the law requires us to disclose them.

We collect only what's needed to review and deliver coverage: contact details and public hearing information.

We don't sell personal data or use session recording on private pages.
